Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and resources, ensuring tailored support.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to guide client treatment.

• Develop, document, and implement customized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions that align with each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a coordinated, interdisciplinary approach to care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and implement safety plans for clients in need.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring seamless communication within the treatment team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
