Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, tailoring your approach to each client's unique needs.

• Specialize in resolving complex family dynamics and issues including but not limited to grief and loss, alcohol and substance abuse, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to create personalized treatment plans that foster positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communications in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to refine your skills and stay updated on best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
