Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing with specialized training as a Nurse Practitioner.
• An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in primary care or internal medicine.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
