Key Responsibilities

As an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• NYS certification and registration as a Family, Adult, or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
• AANP Board Certification is essential.
• Current DEA license is required.
• Able to obtain appropriate privileges within F. F. Thompson Health.
• Knowledge of ICD10 coding is preferred but not mandatory.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved Nurse Practitioner program and compliance with continuing education requirements of the applicable discipline board.

Preferred Experience

While previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred, we welcome all qualified candidates who have the requisite education and certification.
