Strategic Community Growth Lead (France) - Remote UK

Reddit is seeking a Strategic Community Specialist to lead growth outside the US, focusing on France. You will collaborate with Product, Community, and engineering teams to build local moderating communities and scale the international playbook.
Based in the UK or Ireland, you will recruit, educate, and support local moderators, translate insights into actionable programs, and relentlessly pursue aggressive community growth goals with data-driven dashboards and KPIs.
