Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal clients are low acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, grief, and weight management. At Outlet of Youth Psychotherapy Center, we take pride in having a clear focus on ensuring that our therapists work with clients who match their specialty and controls over their caseload. As such, no children or individuals with severe mental health issues are assigned to our therapists.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills to foster meaningful connections with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 70,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Our compensation package includes medical insurance for full-time counselors, weekly direct deposit for your convenience, and additional resources to support your ongoing training and professional development.
