Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver a broad range of evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, groups, and families, harnessing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other community resources to coordinate holistic care and follow up on clients’ progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, equipping clients with strategies to manage acute distress stemming from personal or environmental stressors.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Meridell, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
