Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Carry a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions with clients to track progress, address concerns, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Create and oversee comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Document client interactions accurately through detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
