Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting clinical assessments to inform treatment planning for clients who are facing significant mental health challenges.

• Providing evidence-based therapies, including individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to the needs of each client.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care, sharing insights and strategies during regular team meetings.

• Implementing integrated care plans that include coordinated care with other service providers, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Monitoring client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Maintaining professional standards and ethical guidelines as outlined by relevant regulatory therapies.

• Participating in crisis intervention as needed, helping clients navigate emergencies with skill and compassion.

• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation, reports, and data submissions to maintain compliance and improve service delivery.

• Engaging in continuous professional development, attending supervision and training to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are primarily individuals from diverse backgrounds facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to those with major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma histories, and severe emotional disruptions. Your role will be instrumental in addressing the social determinants of health that affect these individuals, providing not only psychological support but also connecting them to essential community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
