Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of evidence-based practices and techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, integrating insights from various fields to enrich client interactions and outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay current with the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, substance misuse issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) within the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in behavioral health counseling is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards concerning mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
