Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that resonate with each client’s needs and circumstances, ensuring a responsive approach to pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Document and maintain client records in a timely fashion, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assist in diagnosing and monitoring clients' mental health conditions, collaborating with clinical teams to refine treatment strategies.

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, working in tandem with other mental health professionals to optimize client outcomes.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and community resources, fostering relationships with state agencies and other service systems to enhance support networks.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including conferences and statewide meetings, to remain current in best practices and expand the clinic’s network of partnerships.

• Uphold and promote the agency’s mission, integrating its values and principles into daily practices and reinforcing them among colleagues and clients.

• Complete other assigned duties as directed by the Clinic Director, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults and adolescents struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. You will collaborate with clients facing substance use challenges and assist individuals with developmental disabilities and those recovering from brain injuries. Compensation and Benefits\n
