Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand client situations and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat various mental health conditions.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention as needed, ensuring clients feel safe and heard.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop holistic treatment plans for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and case reviews aimed at enhancing therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Active LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.
