Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Gracious Growth Counseling Center, you will be responsible for a variety of essential duties, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to determine appropriate clinical interventions.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ emotional and psychological needs.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate therapy sessions and foster positive patient outcomes.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to share insights on patient progress, treatment interventions, and overall care plans during regular meetings and case discussions.

• Providing case management services that may include coordinating with external resources and support groups to enhance patient care.

• Maintaining clear and timely documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and assessments to ensure compliance with department standards.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates must hold a license as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Arizona. Additionally, candidates should possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
