About the Client

Our client operates in the Australian legal services industry, specializing in industrial deafness and related workplace noise exposure claims . With more than 25 years of niche experience in workers' compensation, they support clients seeking compensation for noise-induced hearing loss, medical expenses, and related permanent impairment claims across several Australian states and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to prepare evidence
• Gather, sort, and review evidence and documentation
• Provide administrative support related to legal processes
• Liaise with professionals, including insurance companies, lawyers, doctors, and their staff
• Coordinate clients for appointments with specialists

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to interact with clients and people at all levels
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong patience, listening skills, and ability to earn client trust
• Ability to help ensure customers feel satisfied and supported
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Exceptionally strong organizational and time-management skills
• Background in law, prior experience in a law firm, or previous customer service experience in the western market preferred
• Prior leadership experience preferred
