Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport while observing professional ethics and boundaries to foster trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans that are centered on the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring all notes and assessments are current and comply with clinic standards.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately identify each client’s mental health needs and service requirements.
\n
• Deliver consistent individual therapy sessions and provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to facilitate professional growth and skill enhancement.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families confronting various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) accreditation is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience specifically within an outpatient setting.

• Strong proficiency in computer systems, including but not limited to Excel spreadsheets, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services.
\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health issues is highly desirable.

• Expertise in developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, enabling you to receive payment ahead of collections—ensuring timely reimbursement for your work.
