Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• Experience or strong interest in cross- categorical/inclusion settings.
• Background working with students with autism or significant disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of structured teaching methods, visual supports, and diverse intervention strategies.
• Ability to manage and implement individualized behavioral and social-emotional interventions.
• Effective communicator, ready to collaborate with related service providers.
• Commitment to fostering an environment where every child’s needs are understood and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction informed by grade-level standards and IEP goals.
• Utilize structured teaching and visual supports in daily routines.
• Implement behavioral, social-emotional, communication, and sensory-based interventions and supports.
• Collaborate with aides, paraprofessionals, therapists, and administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation for student progress, data collection, and compliance with educational requirements.
