Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic treatment plan that addresses all aspects of client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, who may have limited access to mental healthcare. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, ideally in a community health or clinical setting.
