Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify each client’s mental health needs and concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies and techniques, ensuring progress aligns with clients' unique goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, expertly guiding discussions and interventions to foster understanding and growth.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans, tracking developments and recalibrating strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our management software for systematic and organized record-keeping.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for all clients.

• Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards in therapy, ensuring all practices comply with state regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include a diverse demographic ranging from children to older adults, with a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be instrumental in providing an empathetic and supportive space for clients from all backgrounds, allowing them to share their experiences and work through their issues with confidence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active state licensure as a mental health counselor, including qualifications such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or licensed psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in behavioral health services.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.

• Strong ability to operate independently while contributing positively as a collaborative team member.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with specialized therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be considered a significant advantage. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy tools is also preferred to ensure a seamless transition to remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
