Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand each client's unique needs and mental health history.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions for a diverse caseload, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of sessions, including detailed progress notes and treatment adjustments, to track patient development over time.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to ensure high-quality care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults who present with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active Tennessee state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
