Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform your treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate with patients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to support patient recovery.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously to comply with ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and utilizing supervision opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed on the latest practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support hospice patients and their families, who may be facing complex emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
