Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand the specific mental health needs of students, including their backgrounds and treatment goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each student's unique challenges.

• Facilitate regular progress assessments to track clients' development and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Ensure all practice complies with ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and following legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse student population, ranging from elementary through high school. Your focus will be on addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and interpersonal conflicts. Understanding the unique context of each student’s environment—including cultural, familial, and socio-economic factors—is essential to delivering effective and relevant interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally within a school or academic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
