This full-time position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you and your clients. As part of a collaborative therapist community, you will engage in regular team meetings to discuss best practices, share experiences, and receive peer support while working in a tech-enabled environment. We utilize state-of-the-art tools, including a customizable electronic medical record (EMR) system integrated with artificial intelligence, to streamline documentation and enhance patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based treatment through live video sessions addressing a diverse range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and more.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment plans that support our clients’ overall well-being.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor client improvement and adjust care plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation via our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic techniques and remain current with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n
