This is a fully remote position, allowing you to operate in a flexible and supportive work environment. As a member of our team, you will have the autonomy to set your own hours, with options to work full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (over 5 hours per week). Key Responsibilities\n

The primary responsibilities of the Licensed Mental Health Counselor include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions through video chat, practicing ethical, evidence-based counseling techniques.

• Performing ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' needs and mental health status, facilitating timely modifications to treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
