Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain detailed notes to evaluate client mental health status.

• Design and implement customized therapeutic plans that address clients' specific needs and challenges.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing ongoing support, coping strategies, and resources to empower clients on their recovery journey.

• Maintain open communication with clients, checking in on progress and adjusting therapies as necessary.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Document progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with established guidelines, using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Sound understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy practices.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations calmly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
