Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

• Support clients in navigating harm-reduction strategies, assisting those who prefer moderation over abstinence.

• Engage in clinical supervision and regular meetings with the Clinical Operations Teams to ensure continuity of care and integration of best practices.

• Lead optional support groups to foster community, share insights, and provide peer support opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Content Manager to create valuable educational resources and insights for both clients and the broader community.

• Administer documentation and treatment records while benefiting from streamlined administrative processes handled by our support team.

• Pursue ongoing professional development, obtaining CEU credits annually at no personal cost.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The target population includes individuals seeking to alter their relationships with alcohol, who are looking for support through various phases of recovery, whether they aim for complete abstinence or moderation. The counselor will be expected to foster a safe and empathetic environment conducive to exploring personal challenges, facilitating empowerment, and promoting long-term recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, supplemented by a signing bonus.
