Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client stressors, mental health concerns, and personal goals, tailoring mindfulness-based interventions to meet their specific needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques (MBSR), meditation, and other coping strategies to enhance clients’ emotional regulation and self-awareness.

• Guide group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies, fostering community and support among participants.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating continuous care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training in mindfulness methodologies and therapeutic practices to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and integrate various therapeutic approaches for holistic care.

• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and contribute to the overall enhancement of service delivery.

In this role, you will work with diverse individuals from various backgrounds who are seeking to improve their mental health and well-being. Clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health challenges, and will benefit from your expertise in mindfulness practices. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of New Jersey.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in mindfulness techniques and the ability to integrate these practices into therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills to create a supportive and healing environment for clients.

• Commitment to personal mindfulness practice and ongoing professional advancement in therapeutic skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in delivering mindfulness-based interventions or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
