Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness to create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods—including therapeutic exercises, hands-on modalities, and advanced equipment—to enhance patients' mobility and alleviate pain.
• Continuously document patient progress, track responses to treatment, and modify treatment plans to reflect patients' evolving needs and therapeutic goals.
• Evaluate the necessity for assistive devices and support patients in their proper usage, helping them cultivate independence in self-care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy protocols and best practices for ongoing care outside the clinical environment.
• Engage in professional development activities such as workshops, seminars, and networking to stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
