Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans to facilitate their growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver counseling services to individuals, groups, and families, employing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Work in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all clients, reinforcing a holistic approach to mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute distress or emergency situations, drawing on your training and experience to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Engage in community outreach and awareness initiatives that highlight the importance of mental health, aiming to destigmatize the field and promote access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The capacity to navigate diverse cultural contexts effectively enhances your clinical skills and contributes to positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with a wide range of clients and foster trust in the therapeutic process.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that care is respectful and responsive to each client's unique circumstances.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate, timely documentation and manage caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
