Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to the unique needs of each client on your caseload.

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions and facilitate group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote engagement and recovery.

• Contribute to clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards and licensing requirements.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on treatment strategies.

• Assist clients in navigating their daily treatment activities, supporting them in overcoming personal barriers to progress.

• Maintain consistent communication with the family members and referral sources of clients, involving them in the treatment process as appropriate.

• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, providing feedback on clinical practices and outcomes.

• Stay current with professional development through in-service training and supervision meetings, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, providing individualized care that respects each person's unique circumstances. Your role will involve guiding clients through complex emotional landscapes, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflict. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A current and valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory, as associates' licenses are not billable through Medicare.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential for maintaining client records and documentation.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment managing a diverse caseload.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.

Preferred Experience\n
