Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and mental health support tailored to patients with a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, helping to identify each patient’s unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that respect cultural considerations and personal preferences.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies according to patient feedback and clinical observations.

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, ensuring comprehensive and cohesive treatment.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement.

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and securing informed consent from all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve patients in hospice care, many of whom are facing terminal illnesses or severe chronic conditions. Your role involves not just addressing mental health needs, but also providing compassionate support as patients and their families navigate complex emotional experiences related to end-of-life care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health services, preferably in hospice or palliative care.

• Demonstrable skills in communication and interpersonal relations, necessary for building rapport with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees are also entitled to life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and reimbursement for certification license fees.
