Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine clients' emotional and psychological needs, leveraging clinically validated tools.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients who require urgent support, employing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
