Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments within one day of client admission, accurately gathering vital information from both clients and their families.

• Establish therapeutic rapport within 24 hours of admission through initial meetings, demonstrating empathy and understanding to foster client trust.
\n
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and integrated treatment summaries within three days of admission, ensuring clarity and direction in each client’s journey.
\n
• Identify individualized weekly treatment goals and write contracts that articulate client-specific objectives and timelines.
\n
• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions three times a week, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions that align with treatment goals.
\n
• Conduct conjoint family psychotherapy sessions weekly, promoting familial involvement in the healing process.
\n
• Lead professional groups and multifamily sessions to encourage shared experiences and collective healing among clients.
\n
• Interface with insurance companies, presenting necessary clinical documentation to obtain certification for initial and continued stay requirements.
\n
• Provide ongoing psychotherapeutic education to clients regarding their Comprehensive Treatment Plans, ensuring they understand the intent and progression of their treatment.

• Maintain accessibility for family members, addressing concerns and providing updates on their loved one's progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients struggling with various mental health conditions, including dual diagnosis, eating disorders, and chemical dependency. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 71,000 – 102,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
