Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with both legal standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to create comprehensive care strategies and facilitate effective treatment.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, addressing acute emotional and behavioral challenges in a compassionate and skilled manner.

• Consult and coordinate with clients' family members and support systems to ensure cohesive treatment and a successful discharge planning process.

You will primarily serve a diverse population of adults facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
