Work Environment

This full-time position requires a significant commitment of 40 hours per week, with variable weekend availability as needed. You will work onsite, primarily visiting patients in their homes, which allows for a more personal approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's functional limitations.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, adjusting programs as needed to optimize patient recovery and satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families to educate them on treatment processes and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure continuity of care.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and discharge plans in accordance with all applicable laws and professional standards, ensuring all records are maintained accurately.
• Participate in leadership functions such as community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and program development.
• Supervise and support assigned physical therapy aides and assistants to enhance operational efficiency and treatment delivery.

You will provide care to a diverse range of patients, which may include individuals with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
