Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations in their home settings.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and modality application, aimed at alleviating pain and promoting mobility.
• Regularly documenting patient progress, treatment responses, and adapting care plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Providing education and training to patients and caregivers about therapeutic exercises and the proper use of assistive devices to support self-care and mobility.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participating in professional development activities, such as attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and engaging in peer networking to stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an expansive benefits package including:
