Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Assess the physical condition of patients through thorough evaluations and medical history reviews to determine individual rehabilitation needs.
• Care Plan Development: Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and adjust them as necessary to meet ongoing patient progress.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Administer specialized therapies aimed at enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and improving strength using various modalities, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for residents.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document patient progress, modifying treatment strategies based on measurable outcomes to ensure optimal recovery.
• Patient Education: Provide clear instructions to patients and their families regarding home exercises and wellness strategies that facilitate long-term recovery and health maintenance.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university is required. A Doctorate or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
