Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical, compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat to support clients effectively.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• One of the following licenses: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that allows for independent practice.

• No limited or provisional licenses and free of any disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate disposition, enabling a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate our all-in-one therapist platform efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates who have experience with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience, ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year based on the working hours you choose. Additional benefits include:
