Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs.

• Initiate and oversee the patient care process by completing initial comprehensive assessments, establishing treatment plans, and triaging care effectively.

• Engage in continuous communication with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams regarding client progress, treatment strategies, and comprehensive care plans, fulfilling documentation requirements diligently.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities, to assist clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Manage assigned cases, collaborating with hospital staff and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Complete all necessary documentation ethically and in a timely manner, adhering to department protocols and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role focuses on servicing clients from a broad spectrum of backgrounds and age groups, ranging from children to adults facing various mental health challenges. Our remote model allows us to reach underserved populations, enhancing their access to vital mental health services. You will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological issues, significantly impacting their quality of life and mental health recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of New Jersey.

• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated willingness to work flexible hours, ideally between 10 to 40 client sessions per week.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is essential, providing a solid foundation for treatment and intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your relevant experience and credentials.
