Client Summary: Healthcare technology company operating at the intersection of genomics and reproductive medicine Provides advanced screening and diagnostic solutions that support clinical decision‑making in a specialized care setting Platform enables early identification of hereditary risk factors to improve patient outcomes Partners with specialized provider organizations to integrate data‑driven insights into existing clinical workflows Positioned in a high‑growth segment of precision medicine with a focus on expanding access and improving the standard of care Position Responsibilities: Identify and develop relationships with fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, and IVF centers Conduct scientific presentations and product demonstrations to medical professionals Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and clinical applications of whole genome embryo screening Partner with clinic staff to integrate Orchid's testing into their IVF workflows Manage the entire sales cycle from initial clinic outreach to contract signature and implementation Build and maintain strong relationships with fertility doctors, embryologists, and clinic administrators Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and testing processes Provide ongoing support to partner clinics and address any technical or procedural questions Work with our genetic counseling team to ensure proper patient counseling and education Track clinic performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts Stay current on fertility industry trends, competitive genetic testing landscape, and reproductive technology advancements Understand regulatory requirements and industry standards for genetic testing in reproductive medicine Attend fertility conferences, medical meetings, and industry events to build network and stay informed Provide feedback to product development team on clinic needs and market opportunities Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Experience selling to REIs / IVF networks 3+ years of proven B2B selling to fertility centers/REIs; experience selling preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) is a plus but not required Experience managing a team A track record of translating scientific results into new products Excellent scientific communication skills with ability to explain complex genetic concepts to medical professionals Strong presentation and demonstration abilities for clinical audiences Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles Proficiency in CRM software (we currently use Zoho) Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment Compensation $100k-$120k, Health Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Recruiters Inc.
