Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through virtual consultations, documenting client history and treatment progress meticulously.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy interventions to promote healing and community among clients.

• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes through continuous monitoring.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians—to create holistic care strategies.

• Provide ongoing support and education to clients’ families to enhance understanding and management of mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range in age and background, necessitating a broad understanding of various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction disorders. You will work with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, each requiring tailored interventions. Qualifications\n

• Minimum education requirement: Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Successful completion and passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Demonstrable experience in mental health counseling, with a track record of successful client outcomes.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly with platforms like AVATAR.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with populations facing co-occurring disorders and those with a history of substance abuse.

• Proficiency in best practices as recommended by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Strong knowledge of psychotropic medications and their implications on mental health.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and sensitively.

• A strong capacity for empathy and understanding in interpersonal interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus will be available to the selected candidate. Benefits also include:
