This role operates in a telehealth setting, allowing therapists to connect with clients remotely while maintaining a work-life balance. Our standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of children and adolescents, utilizing standardized tools and interview techniques.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, focusing on their unique developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy, to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology for telehealth sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
