Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to efficiently manage your schedule while ensuring consistent care for your clients. The typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs. As an LMSW, your responsibilities will often involve direct interactions with clients via virtual platforms and home visits, effectively addressing their unique needs in a comforting and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs, taking into account their emotional, mental, and social well-being.

• Facilitate family communication and resolve any conflicts related to the care of the senior clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, client progress, and care plans, ensuring compliance with social work regulations and standards.

• Stay informed regarding best practices in social work and ensure adherence to ethical standards in every interaction.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
