Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, identifying their unique needs and areas for growth.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s specific goals.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using innovative therapeutic methodologies that you believe will best serve your clients.

• Maintain accurate client records and manage treatment documentation using our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, you will work with a diverse client base, comprising individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and mental health issues. Clients may reach out to us for support with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, family dynamics, and relationship struggles. Your ability to foster trust and rapport with clients will enhance their therapeutic experience, ultimately leading to improved mental wellness and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• A valid California State license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional counseling experience is essential.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, those with additional experience in telehealth practices or familiarity with specific therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will enhance their candidacy. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
