Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working closely with clients from a variety of backgrounds, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clinic is focused on outpatient services, allowing you to build long-term therapeutic relationships with clients as they navigate their journeys towards mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree in a mental health-related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or private practice setting, demonstrating expertise in providing various therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage meaningfully with clients, fostering trust and rapport.

• Familiarity with therapeutic models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is highly regarded.
