Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using video conferencing platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Employ evidence-based treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other applicable techniques to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and organizational guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality care.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive support and referrals for clients as needed.

• Assist clients in accessing community resources, such as support groups and rehabilitation services, to promote overall mental health and wellness.

• Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license in California is a must.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• At least two years of direct experience in a counseling setting, providing individual and/or group therapy.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred for managing client information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year commensurate with experience.
