Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility while fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule within the designated hours of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call obligations. Our easy-to-use electronic medical record (EMR) system, integrated with treatment software and various assessment tools, streamlines your workflow, making documentation and care provision efficient and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly individualized, evidence-based counseling sessions via video calls to adult clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to construct comprehensive treatment plans that address various mental health conditions.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to continually monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Engage in regular clinical consultations and seek support when needed to ensure quality care for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
