Work Environment

This remote position is designed to provide therapists with the flexibility to manage their work-life balance effectively. You'll work from your home office while engaging in telehealth sessions, allowing you to combine convenience with impact. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for individuals and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one sessions and family therapy to address relationship dynamics and emotional wellbeing.
• Specializing in various issues such as alcohol abuse, conflict resolution, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation and divorce.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches to enhance client engagement and involvement.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Actively participating in clinical meetings and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse client population, including couples, families, and individuals experiencing a range of challenges. Specific areas of focus will include:

• Addressing family conflicts, communication difficulties, and creating strategies for blended families.
• Helping clients navigate job stress and medical issues that impact mental health.
• Providing support for grief and loss, and aiding adjustment during times of family transitions such as separation and divorce.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• A commitment to providing compassionate and client-centered care.

Preferred Experience

We value both seasoned professionals and newly licensed LMFTs. Experience in teletherapy or remote client engagement is a plus but not required. Candidates should be open to continuing education and skill development opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
