This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your schedule while providing critical mental health services. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and devise individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address various mental health issues.

• Lead psychoeducational groups that foster community and educate patients on mental health topics.

• Work in collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
