Position Overview

Noble Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote, trauma-informed therapy to individuals navigating their mental health challenges. This is a full-time position based in Tucson, Arizona, where you will work collaboratively with a team of professionals committed to enhancing the lives of trauma survivors. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually and includes a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our practice.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history, which will serve as a foundation for developing personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored treatment strategies focused on trauma recovery, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, offering patients a safe space to process their experiences, explore coping strategies, and promote overall healing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address patient needs comprehensively.
• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, offering immediate assistance to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses, developing effective coping mechanisms, and accessing additional resources for support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to support clinical effectiveness and compliance.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance care strategies and share insights with colleagues.
• Stay current with ongoing professional development in trauma therapy, participating in workshops and training to incorporate best practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary clientele served by Noble Counseling, LLC includes individuals dealing with various trauma-related disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociation. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with survivors of trauma from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each person's unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-related disorders and effective trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental therapeutic approach.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in various computer applications to facilitate documentation and patient engagement.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations, providing crucial support when patients need it most.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in trauma-specific settings.
• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions and effectively engaging patients in their recovery.
• A solid background in maintaining collaborative relationships within a multidisciplinary team.
