Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients' mental health, personal histories, and support systems.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in clinical evidence, setting clear goals and interventions tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared learning among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including risk assessments and creating safety plans to protect client well-being.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and promptly to comply with ethical and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
